BREWPRO™
Risk-based identification of spoilage bacteria for professionals who demand the highest quality.
BREWPRO features a multiplexed configuration that simultaneously detects multiple genetic targets, including an internal amplification control, in a single, pre-aliquoted tube. A simplified data analysis approach enables a clear interpretation of results, including spoilage potential, that empowers rapid and effective quality decisions. The BREWPRO assays are designed to be compatible with select RT-PCR instruments, including our GENE-UP system.
Improve overall beer quality and operation efficiencies with:
- Ability to make timely and accurate decisions
- Testing throughout the production process
- Simple and standardized workflow
BREWPRO Bacteria PLUS provides risk-based detection and characterization of the hop resistant genes, specifically horA and horC. BREWPRO Wild Yeast allows for risk-based identification of detrimental wild yeast species. Both assays deliver ease of use and a cost-effective solution required by progressive breweries.
