Invisible Sentinel's continued focus on innovation has led to the development of a new Real-Time (RT) PCR technology platform, Veripro™. This new platform incorporates reagents from our core system, Veriflow®, into an assay compatible with multiple RT-PCR instruments for the ultimate user experience. Veripro maintains the same robustness, speed to results, and ease of use of the Veriflow platform, but leverages RT-PCR's multiplexing capability and takes advantage of the platform's capacity for high throughput analyses.
EnviroPRO features a multiplexed configuration that simultaneously detects Salmonella species and Listeria species from environmental swabs. By combining these assays into one tube, it provides both cost-savings and a streamlined workflow to the end-user. The best-in-class workflow eliminates cumbersome DNA purification steps and reduces hands-on time. A simplified data analysis approach enables concise results interpretation and the resulting data can be exported for integration into LIMS systems. Ultimately, enviroPRO is designed to empower rapid and effective quality decisions.
Test protocol
Enrich
After a one-step, standard 24 hour enrichment, transfer 250 μl of Salmonella & Listeria enrichments to cluster tubes or 1.5ml tube.
Combine Samples
- No sample preparation
- No heating
- No chilling
- No lysis
Amplify & Detect
Transfer 5μl of sample into provided amplification tube. Place tube into thermocycler and run program. Results can be monitored in realtime and data interpretation is simple. Results are able to be exported in file formats compatible with LIMS systems.
